Hey, I'm Zaheen. I run Patchbay, the whole agency in one signal chain.
19, based in Islamabad. Every service a marketing agency runs: brand, content, social. Plus the AI and dev work most agencies still outsource: voice agents that pick up the phone, chatbots that qualify the lead, automation, and the full-stack websites and builds behind all of it.

Inbound call → intent detected → CRM updated → follow-up queued. ~40ms.
Six channels, one board.
Everything routes back to the same mixing board. Flip a channel to see what runs through it, then open it for the full detail.

Voice & Calling Agents
Phone-native AI that answers, qualifies, books, and follows up. Sounds like a person, works like a system.
Chatbots & Conversational AI
Support and sales bots on web, WhatsApp, and Instagram that actually resolve things instead of deflecting.
Automation & Workflows
The plumbing between your tools: leads, CRMs, calendars, invoices, wired so nothing needs a human copy-paste.
Full-Stack Websites & Builds
Product-grade websites, web apps, and internal tools, from schema to shipped UI, built to hold up under real usage.
Brand, Content & Social
Everything a marketing agency hands a client: identity, copy, and the day-to-day social management that keeps a brand alive.
Growth & Paid Systems
Campaign ops, attribution, and reporting wired into your stack instead of living in a spreadsheet.
The stack behind it
Projects.

I like the part where a workflow finally stops needing a human.
I'm 19, based in Islamabad, and I run Patchbay. It covers everything a marketing agency does (brand, content, social) plus the AI and dev work most agencies quietly outsource: voice agents, chatbots, automation, and the full-stack websites and systems underneath.
My father runs an IT company, and growing up around that taught me how to think in systems before I ever wrote a line of code. Before any of this, I played competitive cricket up to the national level at U16. It was a different kind of training, but the same discipline: show up, execute the process, and let the scoreboard take care of itself.
I taught myself to build and shipped real, working products from there. A live tool used by creators (Tryvoicely), a client's entire web and social presence (Umer Wazir), and now Patchbay itself.
How a project runs
Brief
Scope the real workflow, not just the feature request.
Build
Ship the agent, bot, or app as a working system, fast.
Automate
Wire it into the tools that already run the business.
Ship
Live, monitored, and handed off. Not a demo.
One accountable team, not a subcontractor chain.
Every channel on this board is run by someone who owns that specific discipline, working from the same brief instead of a handoff between separate companies.
Zaheen Zuberi
Founder & Lead
Runs every project end to end: strategy, scope, and the client relationship, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between departments.
Development specialist
Development
Full-stack builds, AI systems, and automation logic, from schema to shipped code.
UI/UX Designer
Design
Visual identity and interface design, kept consistent across every channel a project touches.
Growth Strategist
Growth
Campaign strategy and attribution, so marketing spend is judged against real leads and revenue, not vanity metrics.
Data Analyst
Data
Reads what the numbers actually say, from call logs to campaign performance, and turns it into the next decision.
SEO specialist
SEO
Technical SEO, content structure, and search visibility, built in from the start rather than bolted on later.
Chief Editor / Copywriter
Copy
Website copy, ad copy, and brand voice, written to sound like the business it belongs to.
The record behind the work.
National U16
Played competitive cricket to the national level at U16. The same discipline shows up in how I run projects now: show up, execute the process, repeat.
Family business
My father runs an IT company. Growing up around it is where I learned to think in systems before I ever wrote a line of code.
Self-taught, 19
No bootcamp, no degree, just shipped products. Full-stack website development and AI systems learned by building things people actually use.
Founded Patchbay
Built to be the one team that replaces an entire agency. Marketing and AI automation, run end to end by specialists on one accountable team, led by me.
Questions people ask before hiring.
It depends entirely on what kind of project it is, because every business needs something different. A bot answering a fixed set of questions is a fraction of the cost of one trained on your full document set and wired into a CRM. The goal here is growing your business, not selling you a package, so the first conversation is about whether we are the right fit for what you actually need. From there you get a real quote for your specific project rather than a range that fits nobody.
It depends on whether the site displays information or runs a process. A marketing site for a small firm and a booking platform with user accounts and dashboards are different projects. Once I know what the site has to do, the quote is fixed, so the number does not move on you mid-project.
A focused chatbot or voice agent is usually days. A marketing website is weeks. Anything with accounts, payments, or deep integrations takes longer. I would rather give you a real date after understanding the scope than a fast answer I have to walk back later.
Yes, and that is the actual advantage over a traditional agency. Instead of an account manager, a separate design agency, and a subcontracted developer who never talk to each other, Patchbay runs it as one team: I lead the project end to end, and the specialist who owns each part, design, copy, SEO, or the build, works from the same brief instead of a handoff. Nothing gets lost between three companies billing you separately.
Yes. The work is remote by nature and I already run a product used by creators internationally. Being based in Islamabad mainly means my rates are lower than an equivalent agency in the US or UK, not that the work is limited to Pakistan.
Yes. Code, automations, and accounts are yours, documented at handover, running on your own subscriptions. If you stop working with me, everything keeps running and another developer can pick it up.
A description of the problem, not a spec. Most people come with a task that eats their week rather than a technical requirement, which is the right place to start. From there I scope it, quote it, and tell you honestly if automation is the wrong tool for it.
The team builds it first. AI is used to speed up that first pass, drafting a bot's answers, a piece of copy, or an automation's logic, and to catch the obvious mistakes before a human even looks at it. From there it goes to whoever actually owns that part: the SEO specialist checks anything that touches rankings, the designer checks anything visual, a developer checks the code that ships. Nothing goes live on AI output alone.
It stays yours. Anything processed through AI goes through the provider's standard API, not a public chat product, and is not used to train their models. Access on our side is limited to the people actually working on your project, and nothing is shared beyond what a task needs.
